i’ve got an independent site and wp in a sub folder. i only want to show excerpts on the independent site with a readmore after a few words. i’ve got the code i think but when i click on “Read more” the page goes to an old version of my site’s index.php .. home page.. which is messed up. how can i resolve this? it’s not covered in your book which i purchased yesterday.
please help or point to where i should go. thank you.
My first suggestion would be to make sure the base site URL (found in Settings > General) has been set to the new subfolder. If you still have the same problem, email us at info (at) couldbestudios.com and we’d be happy to help you troubleshoot.
